Enterprise Profile Information: Company name, abbreviation, industry, region, company size, company description, official website, logo, and other content you enter in your enterprise profile.

Real-Name Verification Information: To complete enterprise real-name verification, you must provide the Unified Social Credit Code, business license, name of the legal representative, name of the verification operator and their relationship to the entity (the legal representative in person or an authorized agent); when the verifier is an authorized agent, a letter of authorization bearing the company's official seal must also be provided.

Identity Document Information: To verify the operator's identity, you must upload the operator's identity document. This constitutes sensitive personal information and is used solely for review by backend administrators.

Supply-Demand and Matchmaking Information: The content of the resource cards and demand cards you publish, as well as information generated during intelligent matchmaking, connection, and negotiation processes.

Transaction Information: Transaction records, transaction amounts, milestones, revenue splits, commissions, wallet top-ups and transaction flows, membership subscriptions, and other information.

Communication Information: Content you submit during on-site negotiations, community posting and comments, event registration, and similar activities.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect device and log information, including IP address, browser type, access time, and operation records, to ensure the security and stable operation of services.

3. Information from Third Parties

When you complete real-name verification or use related services, we may verify the authenticity of the enterprise and identity information you submit through third-party verification channels.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information within the following scope: To create and manage your account and provide basic functions such as login and identity recognition; To complete enterprise real-name verification and trust-level assessment; To provide core functions such as resource card/demand card publishing, intelligent matchmaking, connection and negotiation, transaction management, intermediary services, electronic contracts, wallet, and membership; To safeguard platform and transaction security, and to identify and prevent impersonation, fraud, and other violations; To improve and optimize the product experience, and conduct necessary statistics and analysis; To process information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements or the lawful requirements of competent authorities; To send you service-related notifications, with your consent.

3. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Information

We will not sell your personal information. We share your information only under the following circumstances: Matchmaking Counterparties: To achieve matchmaking purposes, your company name, verification status, and the supply-demand information you actively publish will be displayed to the connecting counterparty. The names of unverified enterprises will be presented as "Unverified." Intermediaries: When an intermediary is involved in matchmaking, necessary information related to that connection will be displayed to the intermediary. Service Providers: We may share necessary information with partners providing services such as cloud storage and identity verification, and require them to process it in accordance with this Policy and legal requirements. Legal Requirements: We may disclose relevant information when necessary to comply with laws and regulations, enforce effective legal documents, or protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Platform and users.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use technologies such as cookies and local storage to maintain login status, remember your language preferences, and safeguard service security. You can manage or clear cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect the normal use of certain functions.
